Authorized use only
Schools use HAAN through users and permissions they authorize within their workspace. Staff access should not be shared or used outside its intended purpose.
Pickup data responsibility
The school is responsible for the accuracy of student lists, authorized pickup people, and its chosen verification policies. HAAN supports the workflow; it does not replace the school's safeguarding policy.
Release rule
Location, a message, a button press, or physical proximity to the school must never be treated as automatic release authorization. Final handoff requires an approved verification action by authorized staff.
Pre-launch status
HAAN is currently presented as a product being prepared. Operational details, interfaces, and notification channels may change before general release.
Commercial relationship
Subscription, billing, and add-on management are handled through WESSAAL under the final commercial agreement with the school.
