How to request deletion
- Send the request to support@wessaal.com or through support.wessaal.com.
- Include the related school and a contact method that can be used to verify the request.
- Never send a password or verification code in the request.
School-managed data
If the request concerns student records or pickup authorization managed by the school, the request may need coordination with an authorized school administrator.
Why some data may remain
Security, legal, or approved operational-record requirements may require some information to be retained for a defined period. This is explained during request handling when applicable.
